Q: Do I have to live in Maryland to sign up?
A: Yes. You need to live in the Washington, DC metropolitan region to participate in this challenge.

Q: Can I sign up with a real or existing business?
A: Unfortunately you are not allowed to join the competition as an existing business.  We are looking for new business ideas only.

Q: How many people are allowed per company?
A: Only 1 person.  Your parents can help you if they want.

Q: How old do I have to be to join the competition?
A: You must be a girl between the ages of 11-17 years old.

Q: Do I need to know my business idea before signing up?
A: No.  You’re signing up to let us know you are interested in competing.  But by the business plan deadline, we will need to know your complete idea.

Q: How do I sign up?
A: Go to the Sign Up page and fill out the form – we’ll send you our official manual on creating your business plan.
